Cleans up oil sludge in the intake manifold of gasoline engine, carbon deposits in the cylinder valve and combustion chamber, effectively increase the performance of fuel, minimizes fuel pollution, allowing the engine to recover its existing horsepower and acceleration.
- Applicable
(Refer to Technical Manual for the operation method.) Use our carbon cleaner machine to clean up carbon deposits and oil sludge in the intake manifold and the cylinder valve and the combustion chamber.
- Ingredients
Soda, Cleanser, Blister, Urea, Spice, Surfactant, and Water.
- Functions
1. Clearing gasoline engine intake manifold sludge, and carbon deposit of valve, intake valve, combustion chamber, piston top, oxygen sensor, and catalytic converter.
2. Effectively enhance fuel efficiency, fuel economy, improved intake ring true, prevent knock, enhance braking, and reduce exhaust pollution. Engine can restore original horsepower and acceleration.

- Method
1. Start the engine to reach operating temperature. When reaching the operating temperature the efficiency of the carbon cleaner will dissolve the carbon deposits better.
2. Find a vacuum suction position near the throttle. The carbon cleaner needs to be equally sprayed onto each cylinder head, therefore, the closer to the throttle the better.
3. Put the carbon cleaner into the SM727 machine. The high-pressure inlet valve must be open!
4. Connect the tube of the carbon cleaner output control handle onto the position of vacuum suction.
5. Start the engine and hold the speed at 2000 rpm or more. Open the control handle to be able to watch the carbon cleaner flow into the intake manifold slowly in bubble form. During the cleaning process, the temperature of intake manifold will be getting cold. The more sophisticated the engine the lower the temperature.
6. After the cleaning process, the engine remain operating until the intake manifold temperature is back to normal condition. If the engine were shut down before the temperature of the intake manifold reached normal condition. This will cause difficulty for the next engine start.
